With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Jared has built his career from the ground up, beginning as a dishwasher and progressing through a variety of roles across the industry. His hands-on journey has given him a deep understanding of every level of service. Jared is known for his calm, methodical approach and warm, approachable nature. Always ready to support his team, he leads with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.

Lee Deacon
Maintenance Manager
Lee is a vital member of the team, bringing extensive experience from managing and overseeing numerous multi-million-pound hotel builds from inception to completion. His sharp eye for detail and commitment to precision ensure that every project is delivered to the highest standard. Lee leads a professional and approachable maintenance team, always happy to help and open to a conversation, making him an invaluable part of the day-to-day running of the home.

Often seen with his loyal companion, Milly, Dave brings a wealth of experience in managing large gardens and estates. His expertise spans planting, tree care, groundworks and general maintenance. Passionate about his work, Dave takes great pride in maintaining the gardens at Stratton Court, ensuring they are always kept to the highest standard for everyone to enjoy.

Jo is the friendly face who greets everyone at Stratton Court with warmth and a smile. Highly organised and approachable, she plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of reception goes smoothly. Whether she’s managing calls, welcoming visitors or supporting residents and their families, Jo always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel at home. Her calm and caring nature helps create a positive first impression and a reassuring presence at the heart of the village.

Cheryl is part of our incredible Village Sales Team and has tons of energy and resources to help you find the perfect apartment. As an ex estate agent, she has tons of experience, advice and wisdom to share as well as lots of financial advisor contacts for planning retirement and later living. With a wealth of experience in the sector Cheryl is a powerhouse of information and expertise.

Sales Director
Peter Lloyd was part of Aura Care Living from its inception and was heavily involved in the creation, branding and concept of Aura Care Living. Throughout his journey with Aura he has run and managed both the retirement village and care homes, he now heads up the Sales & Marketing for the group.

Front of House Manager
Libby has been with Aura Care Living for nearly 3 years and has grown with us. She is the Front of House Manager and is the first point of contact when entering the building. From assisting the residents with their weekly grocery order, booking a hair appointment, ordering lunch or even arranging a bus trip to town, Libby is ready to help!

Physiotherapist
Wilson brings a wealth of experience gathered from his 5 years working in the NHS for various hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Having studied in the Netherlands and worked in Kenya, he was recruited by a hospital in Essex where he worked for a few years before moving to London and recently settling in Gloucestershire.
With a passion for helping clients get back to health after injury, illness or general weakness, Wilson takes time to know his clients and helps them achieves their aims. He hopes to provide high standards of rehabilitation in Stratton and re-define the level of physiotherapy input normally provided in care facilities.
