Stratton Court Village is for over 65’s who can live independently in their own beautiful home, while enjoying the shared facilities and benefits of the village. At Stratton Court, we have a vibrant community who enjoy regular social clubs, our private members only restaurant, facilities including Cinema, Hairdresser, Masseuse and more.

Stratton Court Village boasts 31 beautiful retirement apartments which all have either balconies or patios and range from 1 to 2+ bedrooms. With thoughtful features such as ample built in storage and beautiful bathrooms, Stratton Court village is specifically design for those who expect the highest standards of uncompromising quality and finish.

Our Retirement apartments are divided into two separate lodges, Bourton and Bibury. There is no difference in the interiors of these two lodges, our apartments are simply divided to ensure they are as spacious as possible.

All apartments are available to rent or buy and both costs are outlined below for each apartment.
