If salmon doesn’t float your boat, there are lots of oily fish which still contain these mood-boosting properties. Incorporate into your diet once or twice a week to keep you healthy this winter.
Full of folate, this Vitamin B rich superfood boosts your brain to produce super serotonin levels reducing depression and anxiety and regulating your mood. When combined with Vitamin C rich foods, this gives the ultimate absorption so top off with a lemon dressing or follow with a nice juicy satsuma for maximum happy levels!
